Nodora (the “Service”), operated by Wolves LLC, handles information collected through the contact form and payment feature on nodora.xyz in accordance with the following policy.
01Information we collect
We collect the name and email address entered in the form, and optionally your company name, website URL, and message, along with the version of the policy you agreed to and the time of submission. To prevent abusive repeated submissions, we use an identifier created by hashing your IP address with a secret key. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry database.

- To prevent abusive submissions and keep the site running reliably
We do not use your information for advertising or sell it. Please do not enter confidential information such as passwords, API keys, or credit card numbers in the form.
03Storage and management
Inquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 and managed under Cloudflare account access controls. All communication is encrypted with HTTPS. Form data and pending email data are deleted by a daily job once 90 days have passed since submission. Delivery logs kept by the email service, and emails retained for handling inquiries, follow the policies of each service and our operational practices. Hashed identifiers used for abuse prevention are deleted by a daily job one day after their last update.
04Sending email
We use Resend to send confirmation emails and notifications to our team. The information needed for delivery, such as your email address, reference number, and inquiry details, is sent to Resend. Confirmation emails do not include the full text of your message. We do not use open or click tracking. Delivery records are handled in accordance with Resend’s policies.
05Payment information
Payments are processed with Stripe Checkout. The amount entered, currency, and a payment identifier are sent to Stripe. Card details and the email address entered on the checkout page are collected and processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers or in the inquiry database. We view payment information through Stripe to manage payments, respond to inquiries, and prevent fraud. Payment information is handled in accordance with Stripe’s policies and applicable law. To limit how often checkout sessions can be created, we also use an identifier created by hashing your IP address with a secret key, which is deleted by a daily job after one day.
06Third-party services
This site uses Cloudflare for delivery, data storage, and forwarding email sent to contact@nodora.xyz. Information required for communication, such as your IP address and browser information, may be sent to Cloudflare, which handles it in accordance with its own privacy policy. Typefaces are served from this site’s own domain, so displaying the site does not send requests to a third-party font service.
07Cookies and analytics
This site does not use its own advertising or analytics cookies. The identifier used to prevent duplicate contact form submissions is kept in page memory and discarded when you leave the site. On the payment page, the amount entered and an identifier are saved in your browser’s sessionStorage to prevent duplicate payments on retry. They are removed when you close the tab or when payment completion is confirmed, and information older than 23 hours is not restored. Security features of our delivery platform may use necessary cookies.
The simulated gate log on the home page reads pointer, scroll, touch, and key activity only inside your browser to display a demonstration verdict. This information is not stored and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
08Disclosure to third parties
Except for the use of external services required for the operations described above, we do not share your inquiry with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
09Requests about your information
If you would like to access, correct, or delete your information, please let us know through the contact form or at contact@nodora.xyz. We will respond after confirming that the request comes from you.
